13 Clubs Set For Second Cosmilla Southeast Table Tennis Championship
A total of 13 table tennis clubs are set to take part in the second of the Cosmilla table tennis championship for Southeast.
Bonny Akunna, the Coordinator of the championship told journalists in Awka Wednesday that this year’s edition was an improvement over the first edition which had 10 clubs.

Akunna who is the Southeast Zonal Representative in the Nigeria Table Tennis Federation said the ping pong game was being organised in collaboration with Demilla Sparkling Wine.
He said the championship for clubs from Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo states would hold between Feb. 27 and March 1 in the indoor Hall Cosmilla Hotels and As Suites in Awka.
He said cash prizes ranging from N150,000 and N400,000 would be won with other consolation awards.
“We are ready for the competition, 13 table tennis clubs from across the Southeast have registered to participate.
“It promises to be bigger and better interns of organisation and quality of competition,” he said.
The maiden edition of the Cosmilla -Southeast Table Tennis Association was held in August 2025.
