20 Players Selected At 3rd Bohold FC Talent Hunt in Isuochi
No fewer than 20 budding footballers were discovered during the just concluded scouting competition in Isuochi, Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia State.
The scouting competition, third in its series, was organised by Bohold Football Club for clubsides in the Southeast and Southsouth geopolitical zones.
A total 25 clubs from six states including Delta took part in the one week long soccer talent hunt which took place at the Chrisnak stadium Amuda Isuochi.
The process was led by
Abubakar Abdulahi, a FIFA licensed Agent and Head of Scouting for JB Central Football Academy Abuja,who carefully selected the players.
Abdulahi said the budding talents would be fully harnessed, nurtured and projected at the national and international stage all over the world.
Abdulahi said the JB Central Football Academy, was partnering Bohold FC of Umunneochi to discover and grow more young footballers that will serve as player banks to the Super Eagles .
The Partnership between Bohold FC and JB Central Football Academy Abuja is also expected to involve everything that has to do with grassroots footballers getting to the top of their career.
The organiser of the programme and President of Bohold FC, Eze Michael commended the teams for taking advantage of the opportunity to showcase the inherent talents in the area.
Coach Eze, a former Jasper United and East Riffa FC Bahrain player said the selected players would proceed to Abuja where they would be offered another opportunity to become professionals such as Frank Onyeka a indigene of Isuochi,
“I want to thank everyone including the FIFA licensed agent, for his dedication, action and zeal to see that budding talents are discovered from this zone.
“I believe that the selected players will find their feet in Abuja and from there become the future players for our country.

“Sam Decent FC Owerri, Imo State finished second best team while MFC Isuochi emerged the third best team.
