Ezeonwuka Felicitates Muslims @Sallah, Preaches Peace, Hsrdwork
Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka, the spiritual leader of the Igbo nation has congratulated the Muslim community in Nigeria on the celebration of this year’s Eid-al-Adha.
Ezeonwuka whole is the Founder of Ogilisi Foundation, Oba Anambra State sent his message in a Statement made available in Awka on Wednesday.
He calles on Nigerians to embrace peace, justice and give peace a chance in their dealings eith one another.
He noted that the economic condition of the country was difficult but advised citizens to remain hopeful and work hard as they engaged their legitimate businesses.
He said peace and diligence at work were great virtues which attracted favour from God adding that they were also major pillars of nation building.
According to him, nothing works in any country where there is no peace and where people are lazy.
“Nigeria is in a difficult situation of unemployment, serious inflation and insecurity, we must resolve to give peace a chance and to work together for common good.
“People should not wait for free money, we must commit to hard work, uphold the values of dignity in labour. and also shun corruption which is eating the country up,” he said.
Ogilisi said the situation of the country was still redeemable and called on Nigerians to love themselves and relate with each with truth and sincerity.
