Nwosu, Mark, Obi Storm Nri’ As Soludo Pays Tribute To Former Anambra Chief Judge

Chairman of Africa Democratic Congress (APC) led members of his party in Anambra to the funeral of late Hon. Justice Emmanuel Ezedi, a former Chief Judge of Anambra State
Mark was received by Mr John Nwosu, candidate of ADC and his running mate among other faithful at the airport before moving to the ancient town of Nri in Anaocha Local Government Area.
Ezedi who made so many landmark judicial pronouncements including the reversal of the impeachment of Peter Obi among others died at the age of 83.
Prof. Soludo who spoke during the requiem service at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, commiserated with the Ezedi family describing his demise as a loss to the state, Nigeria and the judiciary as a whole.
Soludo welcomed David Mark who was the Senate President for eight years as well as Mr Peter, his predecessor who was also president at the funeral.
He said the loss was to everyone and prayed to God to grant his soul eternal rest and give the bereaved family the fortitude to live with the reality of his absence.
However, Mark did not speak to the media as one his aide described the coming to Anambra as a private condolence visit
