Soludo Salutes Archbishop Okeke On 24th Episcopal Ordination Anniversary
Gov. Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra has congratulated His Grace, Most Revd Valerian Okeke, the Archbishop of Onitsha and Metropolitan of Onitsha Ecclesiastical Province, on the 24th anniversary of his Episcopal Ordination.
Soludo in his message of goodwill, said Okeke’s 24 years as the spiritual leader of the Archdiocese of Onitsha had been exemplary
Be described Okeke as a beacon of faith, hope, and charity, guiding the faithful with wisdom, compassion, and unceasing commitment to the gospel of Christ.
“Throughout his distinguished Episcopal ministry, Archbishop Okeke has been instrumental in promoting peace, unity, and development not only within the Catholic Church but also across Anambra and the entire nation.
“His tireless advocacy for social justice, education, and the welfare of the poor and marginalised has left a positive mark on our society.
“I deeply appreciate Most Revd Valerian Maduka Okeke’s invaluable contributions to nation-building, his moral guidance, and his consistent support for good governance and the wellbeing of all citizens,” he said.
Soludo prayed that God will continue to grant Archbishop Okeke divine health, wisdom, and strength to continue his noble service to God and humanity for many more fruitful years.
