Maduakolam, YPP Reps Candidate Promises To End The Trend Of Poor Representation
The Young Progressives Party (YPP) House of Representatives candidate for Ihiala federal constituency, Mr Johnmary Maduakolam has expressed worry over the total neglect which the people of Ihiala Federal Constituency had been subjected to by their political leaders.
Maduakolam, a lawyer, who spoke to journalists in Ihiala said it was an aberration to rise to the position of authority on the mandate freely given by the people only to abandon the same people for whatever reason.
He pointed out that a whole lot of abnormalities were going on in the Ihiala Federal Constituency while the elected political leaders were looking the other way.
The development according to Maduakolam had thrown the constituents into hopelessness as life was now unpredictable and brutish for them.
“Millions of Ndị Ihiala are worried about the happenings in the country and more so because those in authority do not care about them.
“The condition of life in Ihiala federal constituency is at its lowest level,” he said.
The lawyer urged the people of the area to be courageous, noting that at a time of untold hardship, desperation and defeatism can only worsen the already bad situation.
The YPP House of Representatives candidate said the 2023 NASS election was a unique opportunity to right the wrongs of the past by voting for the right person for the job.
He said “as a matter of fact people can not be traveling in the wrong direction and expect to get to their destination.
“But all hope is not lost, as I have listened to the concerns of our people, and I know where it bites them. With their support, the future looks bright.
“I am running for the House of Reps because I am fully convinced that a new and greater Ihiala Federal Constituency is possible with my CLEAN agenda,” he said.
