Nigeria@62: APGA Urges Nigerians To Keep Hope Alive
The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has called on Nigeria to keep the for a great and prosperous country alive.
APGA said this in its message of felicitations on the 62nd independence anniversary of Nigeria nationhood on Saturday.
The statement which was signed by
MrTex Okechukwu, the National Publicity Secretary of the party called on Nigerians to rise up to the challenges facing the nation by taking their destiny into their hands.
The party expressed confidence that the future held great promises for Nigerians in spite of the harsh economic conditions facing them.
The party called on the Federal Government to draw up policies that would alleviate the sufferings of the citizens and make life better for them.
On the 2023 general election, APGA urged citizens to participate actively, lawfully and conscientiously in every activity lined up towards the 2023 election.
It called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to remain steadfast in its avowed commitment to free, fair and credible election next year, praying it not to allow itself to be cajoled by anybody.
“APGA believes that the future of Nigeria is in the hands of the people. So they should rise up from their slumber.
“We call on Nigerians to engage in the electoral process to bring about the desired leadership that will take our country to its deserved position in the comity of nations,” it stated.
APGA thanked God for the favours he had granted the country in spite of her differences in tribes, religions and cultures.
