Ogilisi Igbo Graces Igbo Day In Dallas, USA.
Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka, the Igbo Spiritual Leader, on Sunday, joined the Igbo community in Dallas for their 2022 Igbo Day celebration.
It was a day for celebration of Igbo resilience, ingenuity, entrepreneurial skills and frontier spirit of the Igbo man by Igbo sons and daughters living in Dallas, USA annually.
Ezeonwuka popularly known as Ogilisi-Igba said that God’s love had continued to sustain the Igbo race in spite of suffering various kinds of injustice, alienation and relative deprivations.
He said, instead of being held back by the situation, the Igbo people had remained afloat in various fields of endeavour including the academia, corporate world, transportation, tourism, commerce and industry.
According to him, Instead of mourning for our losses, we have chosen to celebrate God’s love and kindness towards the Igbo.
“We celebrate the innate capacity and perseverance in the Igbo to break physical boundaries and achieve results where most fail,” he said.
