Anambra: Ezeonwuka Congratulates Sen. Umeh, Others On NASS Victory
Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka, the Spiritual Leader of Igbo nation has congratulated Chief Victor Umeh, candidate of the Labour Party in the Saturday general election for Anambra Central.
Ezeonwuka in a Statement said the victory was well deserved.
Umeh won the election with 103,608 votes to beat Dozie Nwankwo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance and Ekwunife who scored 69,702 and 49, 532 votes to second and third places respectively.

He also sent message of felicitations to all other persons who won their election for the 11 House of Representatives and two Senate seat in the National Assembly.
“This victory of yours into the Red Chamber will enable you to continue where you stopped your good work in the state.
“Continue in speaking the voice of the Igbos.
“IOgellisi Igbo also congratulates all that just won elections into the 10th National assembly and I urge you to be the true representatives of Igbo people,” he said.
Others winners of the Senate elections are Tony Nwoye, LP for Anambra North and Ifeanyi Ubah, YPP for Anambra South.
For the House Of Representative., Aniekwe Peter (LP). won Anambra East/West; George Ozodinobi (LP) won in Aniocha/Dunukofia/Njikoka.
Uchenna Okonkwo (LP). Idemili North/South; Prof Lilian Orogbo (LP). Awka North/South and Emeka Idu (LP), Onitsha North/South.
