SWAN Commiserates With Soludo Over Father’s Death
The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Anambra Chapter has called on Gov. Chukwuma Soludo to take heart as he mourns the death of his father, Pa Simeon Soludo.
Pa Soludo joined his ancestors on Nov. 6 at the age of 92.
SWAN in a condolence message signed by Chimezie Anaso and Ikenna Nwokedi, Chairman and Secretary respectively described the death of the Nonegenerian as a loss to the Soludo family and the State in general.
According to the body, we wish to condole with you over the loss of your father, Late Pa Simeon Nwankwo Soludo who departed to the great beyond at the age of 92 years.
“The demise of Pa Simeon is no doubt a great loss to the Soludo dynasty and the state at large.
We are saddened by this development but we urge you to take solace to the fact that Papa lived a fulfilled life.
“SWAN Anambra sympathizes with you at this trying time and we pray for the repose of the soul of your father.
Please accept our heartfelt condolences,” it said.
