IGP Decorates Ilaynomon, Ex DCP Fin/Adm, Anambra As CP

Mr David Iloyanomon, Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Finance and Administration, , Anambra Command has been promoted to the rank of Commissioner of Police

Iloyanomon was decorated with the new rank by the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetotun at the Force Headquarters, Abuja on Tuesday.

IGP Egbetotun was represented by Mr Frank Mba, Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of South East.

The new Commissioner of Police had served as Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of Operations before his promotion to Deputy Commissioner of Police and his eventual posting out of Anambra.

Iloyanomon later got posted back to Anambra as a Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Finance & Administration, a position he served until his promotion to CP cadre.
