Spiritual Leader Warns Christians To Be Wary Of Prosperity Gospel Preachers
My people, are we not dwelling on the religion of deception? Why should we believe and patronise today’s Churches General Oversees and Pastors that preach prosperity, breakthrough, material wealth etc.
JESUS Christ offers spiritual prosperity and eternal wealth (Matthew 6:19-20, Luke 12:21)- Teaches that true wealth lies in a relationship with God and storing up treasures in heaven
(Matthew 6:19-21) Encourages generosity, humility, and detachment from material wealth (Matthew 19:21, Luke 12:33-34)- Promises that God will provide for our material needs if we seek first His Kingdom (Matthew 6:25-33).
SATAN Offers temporary material wealth and prosperity in exchange for loyalty and worship(Matthew 4:8-9, Luke 4:5-7), Satan tempts is with riches, power, and status, often leading to spiritual compromise.
(Matthew 4:1-11, Luke 4:1-13)Satan Seeks to distract us from spiritual pursuits and focus on material gain (1 Timothy 6:10, Matthew 13:22)
The key difference is that JESUS offers eternal, spiritual wealth, while SATAN offers temporary, material wealth.
Jesus teaches detachment from material wealth, while Satan encourages attachment and obsession.
Jesus provides for our needs through God’s provision, while Satan promises to provide through our own efforts and compromise,
Have we now discovered where we are in today’s prosperity churches?
