Rojenny MD Congratulates New Sports Boards, Urges Utilisation Of Stadium Facility
Rommy Ezeonwuka, Managing Director of Rojenny Stadium and Games Village Oba, near Onitsha has congratulated Chairmen and members of the newly inaugurated sports associations in Anambra.
Ezeonwuka who was reacting to the development on Saturday said the reconstitution of the boards will augur well for sports in the state
The foremost sports facility investor said availability and utilisation of sports facilities were crucial to the success of the programmes of the associations urging them to embrace it where it existed.
Ezeonwuka said Rojenny Stadium management was ready to make the facility available to the various associations in the interest of Anambra youth and development of sports sector in the state.
“You need facility to succeed, nobody or association can excel without making use of quality sports facilities.
“Rojenny Stadium is happy that the sports associations are back and we are extending our hands of partnership to them for the success of their programmes.
“Rojenny Stadium is an Olympic stadium with facilities for all sports that are done in Anambra State and more.
“From track and fields to swimming, wrestling to Tennis, football and indoor games, it is the best place to prepare athletes for national and international championships,” he said.
Ezeonwuka also called on Anambra government to use the Rojenny Stadium to make up for the sports infrastructure deficit in the state.
