Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors Land In Kebbi Ahead Of 2025 League Season
The Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors have arrived Birnin Kebbi, the Kebbi State capitol ahead of the 2025 Nigeria Beach Soccer League.
The Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors who arrived on Monday would enter into a closed and intensive camping for about a week before kick-off on March 31.
Okwudili Awam, the Coordinator and Media Director of the team who disclosed this in a Statement on Monday said the team was battle ready and determined finish as champions at the end of the League.
According to him, the team will undergo a lengthy camping period to prepare for the competition, which commences on March 31 in Birnin Kebbi .
“Last season, we made an impressive debut, finishing second behind champions Kebbi BSC, but this year, we are determined to go one step further and claim the top spot,” he said..
Awam said new players had been recruited into the Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors to bolster the squad while expressing confidence talent and determination would see them to the top of the table.
He said the Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors would face stiff opposition from reigning champions Kebbi BSC and other strong contenders including Kada BSC and Kebbi United BSC .
“The 2025 Nigeria Beach Soccer League promises to be an exciting competition, with several top teams vying for the title.
“With our eyes set on the championship, we are ready to put in the hard work and dedication required to succeed.
“Our lengthy camping period in Kebbi State will provide us with the perfect opportunity to fine-tune our skills and strategies before kick off,” he said.
