Anambra Guber: APC’S Ukachukwu Appoints Soludo’s Ex-Aide DG Media
Chief Nicholas Ukachukwu, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Nov. 8 governorship election has appointed Mr Chido Obidigwe as the Director General of Media and Communications of his Campaign Organisation.
Ukachukwu inaugurated Obidiegwu and other members of his media team on Friday.
Obidiegwu, a seasoned Public Relations, Communication expert and author is the immediate past Managing Director of Anambra Broadcasting Service .
Ukachukwu said his candidacy was for the entire Anambra people and all hands should be on deck to make victory a reality on Nov. 8.
He said if elected, he would address the challenges of insecurity, unemployment and poverty.
He charged the media team propagate the message of his manifesto and project the Nicholas Ukachukwu/Uche Ekwunife ticket for electoral victory.
Mr Arinzechukwu Awogu, the Director of Administration of APC in Anambra said the task was humongous because the race was against an incumbent but achievable because the APC was most viable at the moment.
Awogu who is the National Coordinator of Ikemba Front, the foremost support group within the APC in Anambra said he was confident in the ability of Obidiegwu to deliver on his task.
He called on Anambra People especially the electorate to ensure they regularise their voter statuses and vote massively for the APC in November.
On his part, Obidiegwu thanked the candidate for finding him worthy of the job and promised that APC would prove to be a formidable force in the coming days.
