Anambra Guber: Ukachukwu/Ekwunife Kick Off APC Campaign In Ayamelum
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has kicked off campaign for the Nov. 8 governorship election in Anambra State.
Dr Nicholas Ukachukwu, candidate of APC and his running mate were on ground for the flag off which took place in Ayamelum on Tuesday.

Speaking at the event, Ukachukwu said Ayamelum had all it took to become the largest agro-economic hub in the entire Southeast.
He said it was not just a place for subsidence and local farming but a place he would will introduce off-season farming and mass mechanisation if elected.
According to him, my administration will adopt the visionary agricultural policy of Dr. M. I. Okpara and innovate it to 2lst-century standards.
“I will ensure that the economy and GDP of Ayamelum grow exponentially for shared prosperity not only for the farmers but for the entire people of
Ayamelum, “ he said.
A mammoth crowd trooped out en masse from the 11 wards of Ayamelum Local Government Area to support the Ikukuoma/Iyom ticket which they described as a people-driven project.
The atmosphere was charged with excitement, solidarity, and renewed hope for a prosperous Anambra under APC leadership.
