Court Orders Akwaokwuko,, Eke Hit, Onye Eze Back To Agunechemba Security in Anambra
The Anambra government on Friday arraigned three native doctors before a State High Court for alleged involvement in criminal activities.
The suspects were Mr Chidozie Nwangwu popularly known as Akwa Okuko Tiwara Aki, Mr Onyebuchi Okocha known as Onye Eze and Ekene Igboezekwe popularly known as Eke Hit.
The suspects were all arrested by the Agunechemba Security Outfit between February 6 and February 16 and have been in detention
- C. Okeke, the prosecution Counsel told the court that the charges against the suspect had been served them and that they were ready to proceed with the case
But the defense Counsel to the the suspect took turn to inform the court that they processed were not served in good time to enable them to respond.
The president Judge, Justice Jude Obiora ordered that the suspects be returned to Agunechemba detention facility to make for proper processes
Obiora adjourned the cases to April 11 ‘proper arraignment’ and pleading.
