Ekwunife Lacks Moral Right To Be Deputy Governor… Obigwe
Mr Chinedu Obigwe, a chieftain of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) , says Sen. Uche Ekwunife, deputy governorship candidate, does not have the morality to act in that capacity.
Obigwe said this while reacting to the report that some women had endorsed Ekwunife’s candidacy in the election.
Ekwunife is the running mate of Dr Nicholas Ukachukwu, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Nov. 8 governorship election in Anambra.
Obigwe who described Ekwunife as a Skelewu dancer said she wanted to go to government house as deputy governor to continue her dance with her principal.
He said Anambra women were wiser and would not take such advise or make the costly mistake of voting for APC ticket which he said was ‘dead on arrival’
“The skelewu dancing Ekwunife, deputy candidate, does not have the moral justification to mobilise Anambra women on who they will vote for.
“Both of them are birds of a feather, they have nothing good to offer Anambra people,” he said.
Obigwe said the Anambra electorate had a good ticket in APGA with refined people like Gov. Chukwuma Soludo and Dr Onyeka Ibezim who are already steering the ship of Anambra in the right direction.
He said Ekwunife was a key player in the late Chinwoke Mbadinuju government not as an appointee but as a trusted ally of Mbadinuju who operated from the background.
“Anambra women will vote for Gov. Soludo on Nov. 8 to continue enjoying free antenatal and free delivery services in all government owned hospitals.
