Fr Ebubemonso Backs Nicholas Ukachukwu Race To Anambra Gov’t House
Rev. Fr Emmanuel Obimma, a Catholic priest and Spiritual Director of the Holy Ghost Adoration Ministry, Uke has thrown his support for the candidacy of Dr Nicholas Ukachukwu for the Nov. 8 governorship election in Anambra.
Obimma popularly known as (Ebubemuonso) expressed his support when Ukachukwu, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) paid him a private visit at his parish, Tansi Parish Umudioka in Dunukofia Local Government Area on Monday.
Ebubemonso said Anambra would be prosperous and in safe hands with Ukachukwu as governor while calling on the electorate to support him.
According to him, God does not abandon his people who are in agony and that he will also provide a way out so that the people could have a reprieve.
‘Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, is the reprieve for Anambra State, he represents God’s offer of comfort and hope in difficult times under a leadership that cares less about the safety and welfare of the people,” he said.
On his part, Ukachukwu applauded Fr Obimma as a true man from God.
He was in the race for the governorship of Anambra to bring visible development, restore security and introduce economic clusters to end poverty and hunger.
“My visit is in recognition of the role Fr Obinma has continued to play in the lives of our people and humanity as a spiritual father.
“We share the same values and vision of an Anambra State that all will be proud of,” he said.
Ukachukwu’s popularity and acceptance has continued to grow since he emerged as the candidate of the APC.
He was accompanied on the visit by former Counselors that served in the 326 political wards in the state who have endorsed his candidacy and pledged to mobilise the people of Anambra for his election in November.
