NNL: Solution FC Whitewash Madiba FC 4-1 in Awka
Solution FC of Awka on Saturday defeated Madiba FC of 4-1 NNL Match Day 8 at the Awka Township Stadium.
Solution boys opened the scoring with Valentine Ugwu who found the net in the 3rd minute but Anthony Ndubuisi responded for the Madiba boys in the 10th minute.
Charles Egbe put the hosts in the lead again in the 37th minute when he curled the ball into the net to make Solution FC finish the first stanza on 2-1 advantage.
Godwin Okoyeatu and Tochukwu Ozuruonye scored twice for the home team in the 49th and 85th minute to complete the routing of the Lagos based Madiba FC by 4-1.
Speaking after the game, Emmanuel Deutcsh, coach of Solution FC commended the team for their tactical discipline.
Deutcsh said, “we are still building a teams, some of them are fresh players but they have discipline, if you don’t have discipline, then you do not have a team.
Solution FC is yet to lose a game since January but have maintained an impressive run of four wins
and a draw.
