Nweke, AA Candidate Cautions Against Derogatory Statements
Chief Jeff Nweke, governorship candidate of the Action Alliance (AA) party has reiterated his call on stakeholders to maintain civility as they go about their campaigns.
Nweke who made the call in Awka on Wednesday said politics was a natural phenomenon which should be embedded in humanity and coded by conscious and unconscious internal resolve.
The security expert who expressed regret over the diatribe between the All Progressives Congress and All Progress Grand Alliance said it had become necessary for all to abide by the dynamics and sophistication of intelligence and genuine human relationship.
“Having said this, Governor Chukwuma Soludo had earlier noted that politics has provided him a platform to make a positive change in the society.
“I sincerely agree with him on that, as change is constant, flowing like a river in our current time. It washes away the old pattern, replacing it with new ones every time.
“However, let it be known to all men that, though old patterns may as well be good but we are still faced with the temptation of achieving perfection which always eludes us, thus, we crave for better,” he said
Nweke said there was nothing wrong with having multiple options to display their intentions and strategies to address the issues facing the people which had manifested in our diverse policies and strategies.
“So, my fellow candidates at this political campaign period, should shun every temptation of display of legendary misspeak which ultimately will diminish your integrity.
“Let us have a spirit of sportsmanship, let us showcase our good intentions which are in our articles in stock for our people.
“Anambra state has come of age and the people have unity of purpose that gears towards genuine problem so
