Obidiegwu Fighting Soludo To Get Tinubu’s Attention—Obigwe
Mr Chinedu Obigwe, National Coordinator of APGA Media Warriors has dismissed Chido Obidiegwu as working for Chief Nicholas Ukachukwu, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to get attention.
Obigwe said this while reacting to a write up by Obidiegwu entitled “Re – Soludo – Theorist With Abysmal Capacity To Lead”
Obidiegwu, the immediate past Managing Director of Anambra Broadcasting Service was recently appointed as the Director General of Media of Nicholas Ukachukwu Campaign Organisation.
Obigwe said the popular Master of Ceremony was supporting Ukachukwu not because he wanted him to win in the Nov. 8 governorship election but because he was looking for an opportunity to anchor events for President Bola Tinubu.
He said it was sad that Obidiegwu would blackmail Soludo because he was relieved of his appointment for abysmal performance.
“His removal as MD ABS and his dashed hope of being reappointed made him join the clique of aggrieved political idiots that believes that rocking the boat is the only means they can vent their grievances.
“Obidiegwu made me understand that he does not care whether Ukachukwu wins the election or not and that he is only after securing the attention of President Tinubu as an MC.
“He lamented about how he was relieved of his appointment by the Governor and how his hope of being reappointed was dashed.
“He told me that the governor stopped replying to his messages and that he sent a lengthy message to him that he has a family to feed and that not giving him another appointment is affecting his mental health.
“He concluded by saying that when he did not get any reply from the governor that Sen. Uche Ekwunife reached out to him, pleaded with him to join the Ukachukwu team and he decided to accept the offer because he has a family to feed.
“This is a man that worked for eight years in the previous government and also worked for two years and some months in governor Soludo’s government complaining of being unable to take care of his family when he was relieved of his appointment,” he said.
Obigwe said Obidiegwu could not do without a government appointment and called on the general public to ignore Chido Obidiegwu’s tantrums against Governor Soludo because they were handiwork of a hungry fool at forty that will remain a fool forever.
“Chido Obidiegwu knows deep down in his heart that Soludo has done marvelously well in office but in an attempt to please Ukachukwu, Obidiegwu is cooking up lies against Soludo.
“The good thing about Soludo is that he has won the heart of Anambra people with his administration’s delivery of dividends of good governance and blackmailing him is tantamount to pouring water on a stone and
bathing the stone,” he said.
