Sen. Ekwunife Congratulates Omife On Election As Vice President-General of Ohanaeze
Sen. Uche Ekwunife, the Director General South-East Governors Forum, has congratulated Mazi Omife I Omife on his election as Vice President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide.
Ekwunife in her congratulatory message signed by Tony Ezike, her Special Assistant on Media and Strategic Communication described Omife’s election as well deserved as he had an unwavering commitment to the promotion and defense of Igbo interest.
Ekwunife recalled that as National President of the Association of South East Past Presidents General, Mazi Omife had demonstrated exemplary leadership, fostering unity among over three thousand members of the association.
She Omeife had played pivotal roles in many similar organisations adding that he had demonstrated courage and leadership as evident in his many articles and press statements in both print and electronic media.
“His membership in reputable bodies like the Enugu Progressive Social Club of Nigeria, Enugu Recreation Club, and Ndigbo United Forum further underscores his dedication to Igbo causes.
“With this new position, I have no doubt that Mazi Omife will leverage his vast experience, leadership acumen, and deep understanding of Igbo affairs to effectively promote our collective interests and foster partnerships that will advance the Igbo course within Nigeria and beyond.
