Soludo Inaugurates 6-Man Anambra Electoral Commission Board
Gov. Chukwuma Soludo has inaugurated a six man Anambra Independent Electoral Commission(ANSIEC) board
Soludo while inaugurating the board on Tuesday said it would manage the conduct of Local Government elections in the state.
The board is chaired by Her Worship Chinelo Genevive Osakwe.
According to Suludo, today, I inaugurated the newly constituted Board of the Anambra State Independent Electoral Commission. led by its Chairperson, Magistrate Chinelo Genevieve Osakwe.
“Their confirmation by the State Assembly paved the way for fulfilling one of the key promises I made to the people of Anambra.
“This team will play a crucial role in setting the stage for local government elections and ensuring the smooth, peaceful, and transparent conduct of polls in our beloved Anambra State,’” he said .
Other members of the Board are Mrs Bernardine Obande, Mr . Osita Igbokwe, Mr Chinedu Nnalue, Mrs Ifeyinwa Umeh and Mr Emeka Okeke.
