SWAN Hails Aburime’s Appointment As Chief Press Secretary To Gov. Soludo
The members of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Anambra Chapter has extended heartily congratulations to Mr Christian Aburime on his appointment as the Chief Press Secretary to Gov. Chukwuma Soludo.
SWAN sent their felicitations in a letter of congratulations signed by Chimezie Anaso and Uche Ndeke, chairman and Secretary respectively on Tuesday.
Aburime who seemed as the Press Secretary to Soludo was reappointed and elevated to the position of Chief Press Secretary by the governor on March 23, barely a week after his inauguration for second term.
The body described the reappointment and promotion to CPS is not only most-deserved but an affirmation of Aburime’s tested prowess in the art of image management, public relations and strategic communications.
“Your promotion goes further to show that SWAN, Anambra Chapter made no mistake when we nominated and bestowed you with an award of Excellence for your contributions to media practice.
“We identify wholly and are proud to associate with you on this achievement.
“We assure you of our continued support and cooperation in the dissemination of the policies and programmes of the Soludo administration especially, Solution the Agenda for sports in Anambra State.
“Congratulations once again as we look forward to a robust and mutually rewarding collaboration with your office in the interest of the state and sports sector in particular,” it said.
