Tinubu’s Visit: Anambra Calm, Peaceful —-APGA
The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), has said that Anambra is cool, calm, peaceful and upbeat ahead of the visit of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on May 8.
Mr Chinedu Obigwe, a chieftain of the party said this in Awka on Sunday while reacting to what he called a propaganda alarm by the opposition All Progressives Congress in the state.
Obigwe who is the National Coordinator of APGA Media Warriors Forum said the people of Anambra were already in high mood and set to welcome Mr President as he visited the State to inaugurate some signature projects executed by Gov. Chukwuma Soludo.
He said what the was coming to do in Anambra was to celebrate Soludo achievements in office with the people of the State adding that such a presidential gesture would serve as encouragement to other governors.
According to him, everything must not be politicised, Anambra is peaceful and calm like ice water.
“The achievements of Prof. Soludo’s administration are worth celebrating because since the history of our State creation, no governor can boast of doing what Soludo has done in a period of three years and 2 months.
“Nicholas Ukachukwu is buying people with money and am saying it authoritatively that Eneh Victor Chigozie is among the people he bought to promote his dead-on-arrival governorship ambition.
“The good people of Anambra State are in a festive mood because Soludo has justified the confidence reposed in him by the Anambra electorate.
“As at today, the words on the Anambra electorate mouth is one good turn deserves another and that is a declaration of overwhelming support for Governor Soludo’s second term ambitio
n,” he said.
