Veteran Falcons Storm Onitsha For Maureen Mmadu Kiddies Camp Fiesta
Ex Super Falcon stars will converge on Onitsha, Anambra between Oct. 24 and Oct. 29 to trade tackles in honour of Maureen Madu, a teammate and one of the most decorated female football stars in Nigeria.
The ceremonial matches which will played against three Onitsha based female football clubs is in support of the host’s project, Maureen Mmadu kiddies Football Camp.
The football show was meant to raise awareness and mobilise support for the Maureen Mmadu kiddies Football Camp and support for female football.
The project is part of her determined effort to give back to the game that gave her fame and fortune.
The week-long football fiesta would be between All Stars Onitsha, All Stars Fegge and All Stars 33 on Oct. 24, Oct. 27 and Oct. 29 respectively.
Chuba Ikpeazu Mini Stadium would host two matches while Godwin Achebe Stadium Fegge will host the last game on Oct.29.
The Maureen Madu Kiddies are preparing to honour an invitation to participate in the DANA Cup Competition in Denmark early 2022.
