2027: Oli Emerges APGA Candidate For Anaocha/Dunukofia/Njikoka Fed. Constituency

 

 

Chief Chukwudi Oli has emerged as the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for Anaocha/Dunukofia/Njikoka Fed. Constituency in Anambra State ahead of January 2027 general election.

 

Mr Ejimofor Opara, the Returning Officer declared Oli winner of the primary election contest Tuesday night in Abagana, Njikoka Local Government Council Secretariat.

 

The Lawyer scored a total of 10, 566 votes ahead of Mr Samuel Udoji (14 votes), Mr Tochukwu John (2, 257 votes), Mr Nnaemeka Oha (3, 418 votes) and Mr Okoye Charles with (24 votes) in the total number of 16, 742 votes cast.

 

Opara said Oli who scored the highest valid votes was nominated as the candidate of APGA having satisfied all requirements of the party and the electoral guidelines.

 

In his reaction, Oli thanked Gov Chukwuma Soludo, the leadership of APGA and members of the party in the Constituency for their support which ensured his victory.

 

“I am in the race to change the political stature of Njikoka/Dunukofia and Anaocha Federal Constituency..

 

“I am touched by the confidence the people have reposed on me.

 

“I am touched by the love the people have shown me and I have only promised, I will never disappoint them.

 

“Being a grassroot politician, I will ensure that my representation brings a smile to the faces of my constituents, if elected at the 2027 general elections,” he said.
