Obi, Anyaso Extol Otti’s Transformative Leadership In Abia State
Prominent personalities across Nigeria has commended Gov. Alex Otti of Abia State for his sterling leadership quality in Abia State.
The Politicians and businessmen poured the encomiums when Dr Chima Anyaso an illustrious son Abia State played host to Otti in his Ikoyi home, Lagos with business Moguls and politicians in attendance on Jan. 25.
Speaking at the event, Anyaso who is the Chairman of Chimbaland Properties and Investment Company Ltd said the quality of the gathering was a testament to Otti’s exceptional leadership in Abia State.
He described the event as a New Year get together which , symbolised the shared optimism and camaraderie among the stakeholders in attendance.
“We want to assure His Excellency that we are with him, we want to come down to Aba and with you, we are beginning to come to Abia unlike in past,” he said.
In his part, Mr Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 Presidential Candidate, said Otti was blazing a trail in the art of good governance in Abia while urging him to prioritise citizens’’ welfare and support for the vulnerable.
“As I conversed with some individuals here, they expressed satisfaction with
Gov. Otti’s performance.
“It is imperative that we bolster his efforts, so I want to beg His Excellency to prioritise the welfare of the underprivileged,” he said.
Chief UD Kalu said people of Abia State could freely say they were from the state because of the progress goin on there.
According to him, we take pride in your endeavors, we are now esteemed Abians”.
Ms Ngozi Ekeoma of NEPAL Group, urged the governor to sustain his momentum and uphold his focus on development.
In his speech, Otti thanked the host. Anyaso and his wife while acknowledging the kind words and encouragement of the various speakers.
He said his administration was dedicated to ensuring that resources of Abia State were used to serve its populace adding that fixing Abia must start from his office.
He said the only people against him were those whose dependency on unethical practices in government had been severed as he had tackled official corruption effectively.

“When the leadership refrains from corruption, it becomes arduous for subordinates to engage in malpractice, he said
