Ibezi Withdraws From APGA Ticket Contest For Idemili North/South Constituency
Chief Ifeanyi Ibezim, an aspirant for Idemili North and Idemili South Federal Constituency has pulled out from the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) primary election.
Ibezi announced his withdrawal in a Statement personally signed by him on Saturday.
He said his decision was in recognition of the supremacy of the party and respect for the decision of its leadership.
He appreciated members of APGA in the 24 Wards of the Federal Constituency for their support and solidarity.
“I wish to inform my supporters, APGA faithful and the general public that I will no longer be participating in today’s APGA primary election for the Idemili North and South Federal Constituency.
“I sincerely appreciate the overwhelming support, encouragement and goodwill I received from party faithful and critical stakeholders in the course of this journey.
“I urge all my supporters to remain steadfast, committed, and united in the overall interest of our shared vision for a greater future,” he said
Ibezi said he remained deeply appreciative of the support while assuring that he pulling out if the contest was not the e
nd of the road.
