Attack On Obi, Nwoye, Won’t Save You From Wrath Of Anambra People, LP Tells Soludo
The Labour Party (LP) has said no amount of propaganda will save Gov. Chukwuma Soludo from electoral doom in 2025.
Mr Emmanuel Ugochukwu, Chairman of LP in Anambra said this at a news conference in Awka on Wednesday.
Ugochukwu said it was unfortunate that Soludo, the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) and their social media hirelings have found past time in attacking Mr Peter Obi LP presidential candidate and Sen. Tony Nwoye representing Anambra North Sensational District without provocation.
He recalled that Soludo started the unwarranted attack with his famous letter against Obi prior to the general elections and did not stop at that but worked tirelessly to frustrate the Nigerian Project which he represented.
“This is because Soludo believed that if it is not him, it should not be anyone else; Nigerians are still waiting for Part 2 of the Letter as you said.
“We do not need a soothsayer to tell Soludo that he has failed Anambra people.
“We are not surprised at Soludo and his media hirelings utterances against Mr Peter Obi, Labour Party in Anambra and Now Dr Tony Nwoye,” he said.
The LP Chairman said the recent statement Nwoye made at a reception held in his honour and other members of the party that the people of Anambra would revisit Soludo for his betrayal and sabotage had brought fear upon Soludo and APGA faithful
He said the Obedient family were proud of Obi and all the elected political officers were all true Ambassadors of A New Nigeria.
According to him, we urge them to continue to keep faith, a new Nigeria is still possible with Mr Peter Obi and Labour Party.
“The APGA government should focus on feeding Anambra State with the expectations of the people.
“APGA government has been insensitive to the plight of our People; it has subjected Anambra to extreme poverty to the point of diverting Palliatives sent to Anambra State to cushion the effect of fuel subsidy removal and poor quality of Service delivery.
“As at today, Anambra have rejected APGA, quality representation is all Anambra citizens clamour for, which Anambra has not seen in the government of Soludo,” he said
