The Anambra Road Traffic Management Agency (ARTMA) has completed the installation of NO PARKING, TOW ZONE Signs at strategic places in the commercial city of Onitsha.
Engr Emeka Okonkwo, Managing Director of ARTMA who disclosed this on Friday said he was impressed with the level of compliance to the road signs since it was installed earlier this week.
