SWAN Anambra Commiserates Iwueke Over Wife’s Death
The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Anambra State chapter has condoled Gideon Iwueke, chairman of Enugu State Chapter of the association over the death of his wife.
SWAN Anambra Chapter expressed its sympathy in a letter signed by Chimezie Anaso and Ikenna Nwokedi, the chairman and Secretary respectively.
The chapter expressed solidarity with the bereaved chairman at this time of trial and pain and assured him of their prayers.
According to them, “we wish to express our heartfelt condolences to you over the death of your dear wife.
“We received the sad news of her passing with a high sense of grief more so when you are still recovering from the neonatal death of your baby.
“May God give you the fortitude to wade through this storm and grant the soul of your wife and baby eternal rest,” it said.
