Industrialist Urges Investors To Key Into Anambra’s Business Opportunities
Chief Akai Egwuonwu, Managing Director of Stine Rice Mill, producers of Anambra Rice has called on investors to key into the unlimited business opportunities that exist in Anambra State.
Egwuonwu, a chieftain of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) said this on Friday while commending Gov. Chukwuma Soludo for organising the second Anambra Investment Summit.
The Anambra based business mogul said investors should heed Soludo’s call and invest their money in Anambra in their own business interest and part of efforts to transform the state economy.
The Zara Departmental Stores Managing Director applauded the Anambra mixed-use Industrial park project and the development in the tourism sector saying the state was becoming investors’ delight.
He commended Soludo for his efforts at securing Anambra adding that massive investment and creation of employment opportunities were veritable means of addressing the the question of insecurity and social tension.
“The Anambra Investment Summit is a great experience, it was an opportunity to showcase the beauty of Anambra as an investment destination and I must commend Mr Governor for the initiative.
“As one who has been doing business in Anambra, I want join voice with Mr Governor to say Anambra is ready for business and that is why I am calling on individuals and corporate bodies to think Anambra when considering their next investment move.
“We have the capacity to be the best, creating employment opportunities is one way of engaging our active population positively,” he said.
