Court Directs Remand Of  Edozie Njoku In Suleija Prison Over Forgery

 

An  Federal Higher Court sitting in Bwari, Abuja has ordered that Chief Edozie Njoku, a factional chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) be remanded in prison.

 

Hon. Justice M.A. Madugu who gave the order on Monday said Njoku should be remanded in Suleija Prison immediately. 

 

The judge gave the order this morning after listening to arguments from counsels to the Inspector General of Police and the accused persons (Edozie Njoku and Chukwuemeka Nwoga).

 

Recall that Njoku is facing charges over alleged forging of Supreme Court document.
