Flavour N’Abania: Sen. Ubah Blames Soludo For Insecurity In Anambra South
Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah, representing Anambra South Senatorial District in the National Assembly has said his constituency would have been better secured if Gov. Chukwuma Soludo had allowed him to extend the the model he applied in Nnewi to other areas
Ubah said this while reacting to the claim that that musician, Mr Chinedu Okoli popularly known as Flavour
Flavour Nabania held the funeral ceremony of his late father in Enugu and not his hometown, Umunze in Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra.

Media Aide to the Senator said the governor put his political ambition of second term over the lives and property of his people.
He said the security strategy which he launched in 2023, had the capacity to provide comprehensive security coverage for the Anambra South senatorial district with Nnewi as pilot.
Uba said the strategy involved deployment of artificial intelligence, local intelligence, walkie-talkies, and 4G High Definition CCTV security networking systems.
He said the initiative could not go beyond Nnewi due to government interference, leaving the constituents vulnerable to siege by non-state actors.
“Following its success in Nnewi, plans were underway to expand the programme to Orumba North and South, Aguata, Ihiala, Nnewi South, and Ekwusigo.
“I would have secured Orumba and the entire Anambra South Senatorial district if the state government had not stopped my security initiative, despite its success in the Nnewi Pilot program.
Ubah said he wouldI continue to advocate for the security and well-being of the people in spite the obstacles.
The senator apologised to Mr Flavour for missing the rare opportunity of celebrating the life and time of his father in his hometown.
According to Uba, I also regret the revenue and tourism potentials that such an event would have brought to Umunze.
“You may recall that Nnewi is currently the safest town in Anambra State, which has been plagued by insecurity, Nnewi hosted several families who which came home for Easter
“Several businesses, fun spots, and hotels in Nnewi made brisk sales during the period under review while the Easter holidays lasted,” he said.
