I Admire You, Happy Birthday Sir —Reno Omokri Salutes Peter Obi On Birthday
Mr Reno Omokri, one of the fiercest critic of Mr Peter Obi has sent an emotional birthday message to him on his 65th birthday.
Peter Obi is the Presidential candidate of Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) in the forthcoming January general election.
Omokri, a social media influencer and Ambassador Designate in a post on his social media handle said he was wishing Obi a happy birthday on his 65th birthday.
He said he admired Obi for being active in the political process through which he had helped to sharpen his followers, made them more conscious and engaged in the democratic life of Nigeria.
According to him, Scripture says, Iron sharpens iron’, and you embody that.
“For that, you have my admiration
“My family and I celebrate with you even as we thank God for His blessings bestowed on you.
We rejoice with you when you rejoice, and recognise your contributions towards enlivening participatory democracy.
“May God bless you with a long life in good health,” he said.
Omokri said birthday comes once in a year and that and that it was his desire that the rest of Obi’s days shall be the best while praying that God should continue to increase him in wisdom as he advanced in years.
“With malice toward none, with charity for all, I say once again, happy birthday, sir.
“May this day put you in a good way, such that you say at the end of the day that you had a hey day,” he said.
