Moghalu, Ex NIWA Boss Quits APC
Dr George Muoghalu, immediate past Managing Director of Nigeria Inland Waterways Agency (NIWA) has resigned his membership of the All Progressives Congress.
Moghalu, a chieftain of the APC who disclosed this in a letter made available to journalists in Awka on Tuesday said the resignation took effect on Aug. 26.
The former National Auditor of APC said his reason was personal but strong rumour has it that he is set to pick the ticket of another party for the 2025 governorship election in Anambra.
Moghalu said he hoped to continue to maintain the cordial relationship that he had had with members of APC over the years.
According to him, I bring you the good wishes of my dear family and to formally notify you of my decision to resign my membership of the All Progressives Congress, APC with effect from today, the 26 days of August, 2024.
