Prove Your Chastity To Your Husband Not Me— Ekwunife Replies Nonye Soludo
Sen. Uche Ekwunife has said she will not yield to the diversionary antics of Dr Nonye Soludo, wife of the Anambra governor but reiterate her advice to take care of her husband.
Ekwunife said this in a Statement on Saturday while reacting to Nonye Soludo’s chastity, fidelity to her.
She dismissed the challenge saying the wife of the governor owed her none of those explanations about paternity and innocence of her children but her husband.
“It is therefore my stand that Mrs. Soludo owes me no explanation over her children’s paternity as I am not her husband, she owes her explanations to Prof Chukwuma Soludo.
“If my statement stoked out some bile in Mrs Soludo and triggered any guilt in her conscience, she owes only her husband an explanation but if it demands her taking an oath to show her innocence, she is free to do that.
“But Nonye Soludo should also know that ‘Caesar’s wife should live above suspicion,” she said.
Ekwunife said Soludo should leave her out of her paternity crisis because challenging her to a DNA test did not add up as she had only her husband to prove her innocence and virginity to.
The APC deputy governorship candidate said their resolve to save Anambra from misrule and embarrassment was total and their will, undaunted.
According to her, if Soludo demands DNA on his children, let Nonye go ahead with her full chest and do it to prove her innocence and if it warrants oath taking, she should also go ahead and do it. Why drag me into her personal and family affair,
