Anambra, Bayelsa Record Wins In Opening Beach Volleyball Matches
The Anambra Beach Volleyball teams opened their campaigns at the ongoing National Youth Games in Asaba, Delta State on a very impressive note.
The Anambra boys team beat their counterparts from Kaduna 2-0 after winning the two sets with 21-10, 21-14 in the preliminary stage game decided at Governent Model Secondary School.
The Bayelsa State male ream has a resounding victory over FCT by 2-0 with 21-7, 21-7 in the second match of the day.
In the female category, Anambra beach volleyball team beat Rivers State girls 2-0 after two sets with 21-8, 21-16 while Delta girls were better than their counterparts from Adamawa by 2-0 after trouncing them 21-3 and 21-7 in both sets.
