Anambra Gov’t Hails Iloenyosi’s Re-Election As Anambra FA Chairman
The Government of Anambra has congratulated Chikelue Iloenyosi, the Chairman of the State Football Association in his re-election on June 30.
Patrick-Agha Mba, Commissioner for Sports and Youth Development conveyed the goodwill message of the government in a congratulatory message made available to journalists on Friday.
Mba said the victory was a testament to Iloenyosi’s visionary leadership and an affirmation of the incredible milestones, transparency and grassroots football transformation recorded during his first tenure.
He said under the administration of Gov. Chukwuma Soludo, the Ministry had enjoyed a robust and productive partnership with the AnSFA.
He expressed confidence that under his renewed leadership, he would take football in Anambra to greater heights.
“I extend my warmest congratulations to you on your resounding re-election as the chairman of AnSFA.
“You have truly lived up to your mark, “De General,” leading the charge to revive the beautiful game across all corners of our dear state.
“Together, we have rewritten the narrative of grassroots sports development, creating viable pathways for our youth to thrive, excel, and discover their full potential,” he said.
Mba, assured of the commitment of his ministry to collaborate with the AnSFA to deliver on the “Solution Bigger Agenda” for youth and sports development and prayed
“May your renewed tenure be marked by even greater achievements, seamless teamwork, and the continuous rise of Anambra football on both national and international stages,” he said.
