Family Halts Son’s Planned Marriage In Anambra Over Non Consent
The family of Michael Okolo of Alor, Idemili South Local Government Area, Anambra has distanced itself from the purported Marriages between their sons Arinze Okolo and Chinaza Enemno.
Enemno is from Ogboji town in Orumba South LGA of Anambra.
The Okolo family dissociated themselves from the proposed marriage through a legal notice dated Aug. 11 issued through their Solicitors, Udodeme, Ezepue and Associates, an Onitsha based law firm.
The Okolo group advised the Enemno to cease and desist forthwith from organising, facilitating, or participating in any purported marriage ceremony between your daughter and their clients’ son.
“Our Clients hereby formally notify you and the general public of their total disassociation from the proposed marriage between their son Arinze and Chinaza Enemno allegedly scheduled for August 2025.
“Take Notice that our Clients and the entire Okolo family do not give, and have never given, any consent whatsoever to the said marriage.
“Consequently, the proposed union is deemed invalid, unlawful, and of no legal or customary effect,
” it said.
