SWAN Anambra Inaugurates Electoral Committee
The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Anambra Chapter, has ratified a three-man Electoral Committee set up to conduct the election of a new executive committee.
The Committee was inaugurated during the September monthly Congress held on Thursday, Sept. 17.
The Committee is chaired by Emma Ndukuba with Chukwuka and Daniel Ukpai as Secretary and Member respectively.
Inaugurating the Committee, Chimezie Anaso, Chairman of SWAN Anambra urged them to execute their task with diligence, commitment and in line with the letters of SWAN Statue.
Anaso expressed confidence in the ability of the committee to discharge their duty and advised them to reach out to the leadership or National Secretariat when the need arose.
In his response, Ndukuba thanked the Congress for their implicit confidence in the members of the committee and promised to deliver with credibility.
The current Exco in Anambra would expire on Oct. 3.
